This 653,882 square foot mixed use development masterfully blends luxury residential apartments, vibrant commercial spaces, and sustainable design elements, creating a dynamic and community-focused environment.
Honored with the International Property Award 2023–24 for Excellence in Mixed Use Architecture, V-One reflects our dedication to architectural innovation, functional design, and urban sustainability. V-8 International Award-Winner Award-Winner Award-Winner Award-Winner Retail Development
V-8 is a landmark commercial development located in Bahria Town Phase 7 Islamabad, spanning 74,500 square feet. Designed by Le Maçon Arc, a premier architecture firm in Islamabad, and developed for V4 International, V-8 sets a new benchmark for retail architecture in Pakistan.
This state-of-the-art structure has been honored with the International Property Award 2023–24 for Best Retail Development in Pakistan, recognizing its blend of modern design, strategic location, and seamless commercial functionality.
Currently under construction, V-8 is envisioned as a vibrant commercial hub that will offer an unmatched shopping and business experience.
